    Bundle a pgdg package that additionally supports Postgres 8.4, 9.0
    and 9.2. Default to suggest the Postgres 9.2 packages for pgdg,
    instead of 9.1.
    
    Adjust rules to build PostGIS for each Postgres version in
    a separate directory.
