Bug#724626: postgresql-9.3-postgis-2.1-scripts: Missing documented SQL files for installation

Hi,

to enable postgis-2.1 on a database, execute as postgres [0]
CREATE EXTENSION postgis;

README.Debian should probably be updated.

However, i'm missing the "legacy.sql", "uninstall_legacy.sql" files.
Maybe they are named differently ?
