Package: liblas-dev
Version: 1.2.1-5.1
Severity: important
Dear Maintainer,
*** Please consider answering these questions, where appropriate ***
* What led up to the situation?
I was trying to compile grass 7.0 using a --with-las option and the liblas-config did not appear to give info for the linking or including, which in turn caused the complilation to fail while using Debian the distributed libraries.
* What exactly did you do (or not do) that was effective (or
ineffective)?
> liblas-config --libs
-L/usr/lib -lgeotiff -L/usr/lib -lgdal
> liblas-config --includes
-I/usr/include/geotiff -I/usr/include/gdal
* What was the outcome of this action?
As above.
* What outcome did you expect instead?
I wanted the libraries and includes delivered by the liblas-config tool.
> liblas-config --libs
-L/usr/lib -lgeotiff -L/usr/lib -lgdal -llas
> liblas-config --includes
-I/usr/include/geotiff -I/usr/include/gdal -I/usr/include/liblas
