	AIUI, they’ve moved the public archive from FTP to HTTP
	(at last!), and they’ve also got rid of version 5 data in favor
	of 5.1.  Which means the URI to download (more or less) the same
	dataset is now as follows:

http://e4ftl01.cr.usgs.gov/MODIS_Composites/MOTA/MCD12Q1.051/2008.01.01/MCD12Q1.A2008001.h22v03.051.2012158181950.hdf
