Bug#757584: pktools fails to build against liblas-dev 1.8.0

Whilst building the latest version of pktools in alioth against the
version of liblas-dev currently in experimental (1.8.0), pktools failed
to build.

This is the error:
pklas2img.cc: In function 'int main(int, char**)':
pklas2img.cc:285:19: error: no matching function for call to
'liblas::Point::Point()'
     liblas::Point thePoint;
