Bug#734136: qgis: Missing dependency on libodbc1

Dear Maintainer,

The qgis package requires libodbc1 in order to run but this package is not a dependency.  When installing
qgis via "sudo apt-get install qgis" then running "qgis", the following error results

"qgis: error while loading shared libraries: libodbc.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory"

After running "sudo apt-get install libodbc1" qgis runs without errors.
