    Make all the flavors of the library co-installable
    
    * New patch flavor-configure-option.patch: adds the option --with-flavor
      to the configure script to allow adding a flavor name (serial, openmpi,
      mpich) to the hdf5 libraries.
    * Use the flavor and prefix options to make the libraries co-installable.
    * Use dpkg-alternatives to select the default flavor.
    * Actually remove patch skip_cxx_inclusion.diff.
