Bug#753808: osm-gps-map: osmgpsmap-1.0.pc not installed with package (pkg-config)

Dear Maintainer,

The pkg-config file for osmgpsmap is not installed when the package libosmgpsmap-1.0-dev
is installed.
Here is a simple patch which fixes it:
