6 month old trivial RC bug 736023: libgeotiff-dfsg

The long list of packages marked for removal from testing didn't make me
happy either.

I'll have a look at fixing this bug.

If you've already prepared the NMU, can you send the debdiff to the BTS so
I can incorporate it?
