+The instagram plugin has been disabled in this version of Creepy
+because the python-instagram dependency has not yet been packaged.
+Somebody intends to maintain this, but requires sponsorship 
+(#770149). Once this package is in the archive, the instagram
+plugin in Creepy could be reinstated.
