  * Add patch bumping the version to 2.6.0 for CMake build.

    shouldn't override pedantic tags.
  * Bump SOVERSION to 4.
  * Add man pages for new executables.
  * Don't install new demo applications.
  * Update symbols for amd64.
  * Bump Standards-Version to 3.9.6, no changes.
