Bug#731864: Libgeographic compiled with -fPIC

Hi larzeni,

According to what I have read on the Geographiclib forum, and what I can
see in the build logs for geographiclib 1.35-2, this has been fixed (I
can see the -fPIC option being used).

It would be great if you could confirm if Version 1.35 works for you.
This is the version currently in what will become Debian Jessie (testing).
