RFS: epr-api and pyepr

I am looking for a sponsor for epr-api amd pyepr:

* Package name    : epr-api
  Version         : 2.3~dev20140814b-1
  Upstream Author : Brockmann Consult
* URL             : http://github.com/bcdev/epr-api
* License         : GPL-3
  Section         : libs

It is a new upstream snapshot.
The package has been almost completely rewritten to use dh.
The -dev package has been renamed (the package with the old name is now
a transitional package).
Also a symbol file has been added.

The git repo in at [1], the source package is on mentors.d.n [2]
