No. It loads without problems.

Hm, Wouldn't that give me problems with loading from the browser as well? 
Also, I'm using an exceptionally good connection.

How can I check for that? I suppose it can be the case.

Using /usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/bin/java to execute josm.
