I have my own armhf environment so I can test. I just learned how to
debug cython applications for fixing the last issue. cygdb is
installing as we speak.

Saga is still waiting for libvigraimpex.

I could help updating some of the other packages, I have never tried
eg thuban, and would like to know what it does.

If you have some time on irc we could perhaps discuss libhdf4. I'd
like to get moving with that quite soon.
