It doesn't exist in (old)stable and later anymore, but it did exist in
the past. From 3.6.2 to 3.6.3 to be precise, see:

I would have kept the Breaks/Replaces on this ancient package too. But
since upgrading pre-squeeze releases isn't supported and unlikely to
occur, breaking the upgrade is also unlikely.
