Hi Sebastiaan.
IMO, renaming GMT libpsl to libgmt-psl seems reasonable to me. It is a step
towards a cleaner library 'namespacing' regarding GMT.
If it comes to renaming the non-GMT file (and/or package), I won't be
reluctant. You'll have a good reason than.
