If you add some more B+R:

  Selecting previously unselected package gmt-common.
  Preparing to unpack .../gmt-common_5.1.2+dfsg1-1~exp7_all.deb ...
  Unpacking gmt-common (5.1.2+dfsg1-1~exp7) ...
  dpkg: error processing archive /var/cache/apt/archives/gmt-common_5.1.2+dfsg1-1~exp7_all.deb (--unpack):
   trying to overwrite '/usr/share/man/man1/psimage.1gmt.gz', which is also in package gmt-manpages 3.4.4-1

   /var/cache/apt/archives/gmt-common_5.1.2+dfsg1-1~exp7_all.deb


gmt-manpages can probably be RM'ed from unstable.
