Hi Tobias,

Thanks for the initial watch file. I've included it in git, and added
uscan options for passive FTP and version mangling.

There are two new releases (1.8.18 & 1.8.18-1) the latter of which looks
like a bugfix release for the former.

@Francesco,

Are you planning on packaging the new OSSIM upstream release?
