engine.io is the realtime engine behind Socket.IO. It provides the foundation
of a bidirectional connection between client and server.


node-engine.io is required for node-socket.io (#707166), which in turn
is required for closure-util (#774562).

The node-engine.io package will be maintained in the JavaScript team.
