Bug#784076: totalopenstation: broken watchfile

Dear Debian maintainer, this is upstream writing :)

Yesterday I released Total Open Station and judging from tracker [0] 
the current watchfile has a problem. Apparently it's using an old PyPI 
interface.

The fix is easy, according to wiki.d.o [1], if the autogenerated watch 
file from pypi.debian.net is used [2].
