This issue is still present in GRASS 7.0.1.
mandb -c reports 156 warnings for grass. See attached mandb_grass.log.
lintian reports 153 manpage-has-bad-whatis-entry issues [0] for grass
(7.0.2~rc2-1~exp1). See attached grass_manpage-has-bad-whatis-entry.log.

We need a lot more changes like r37865 [1] adding NAME sections to the
HTML documentation to fix all these whatis issues.
