The libqt5gui5 dependency should pull in libqt5xcbqpa5, but it only
Recommends libqt5xcbqpa5 (and libqt5svg5).

I've now added libqt5xcbqpa5 as an explicit dependency of merkaartor to
not rely on the Recommends by libqt5gui5.
