As mentioned in the outstanding bugreport requesting JOSM >= 8339 [1],
we still don't have Debian packages for the JCS dependency introduced in
JOSM 8279.

I have basic packaging for libcommons-jcs-java [2] ready, but JCS itself
still missing some dependencies (the blocking bugs):

 -- Geronimo API implementation of the JCache 1.0 spec

This is the big missing piece for the libcommons-jcs-java build. It
depends on geronimo-jcdi-1.0-spec, but I've not been able to build it
successfully yet due to missing symbols.

I've you're comfortable with Maven builds you can help get these
missing JCS related dependencies packaged in Debian to remove this
JOSM update blocker.

Likely doesn't need packaging,
existing libatinject-jsr330-api-java should work too.
