For issues that are present in the official Debian package as well as
the pgApt build the Debian BTS is fine, this issue is good example of
a 3rd party build issue that doesn't belong in the Debian BTS.
I agree that the BTS is better for issue tracking than a mailinglist,
I'm therefore not really happy with the situation for official Debian
backports that due to limitations in the BTS are forced to use a
mailinglist too.
