You'll soon have 69 packages still using libusb 0.1, I've updated
qlandkartegt and filed the RM bug for garmindev.

I don't see a future for the garmindev package with upstream having
switched his focus to qmapshack. Keeping qlandkartegt a little longer is
good thing, but we can do without its garmin plugins I think.
