libterralib_4.3.0+dfsg.2-8_amd64.changes ACCEPTED into unstable

Can you push your changes for libterralib to the git repository on
Alioth? The latest version there is still 4.3.0+dfsg.2-4.

Because of the changes since -4 on Alioth, simply pushing your changes
as documented in the policy [0] is probably not sufficient, and you'll
need to rebase your changes on top of those from Alioth.

Please let me know if you need help getting your changes to Alioth.
