Bug#832272: jmapviewer: 1.17 release from jessie-backports brokes Freeplane

Dear Maintainer,

Due to updating, intalling jmapviewer 1.17 for josm package in jessie-backports 
is incompatible with Freeplane 1.3.12-1 from jessie stable.

I think that jessie-backports packages should be compatible with jessie main
important packages as Freeplane is.
