Hello Debian GIS Project maintainers,

There is a circular dependency between pywps and pywps-cgi:

pywps 	        :Depends: pywps-wsgi | pywps-cgi
pywps-cgi 	:Depends: pywps

Circular dependencies are known to cause problems during upgrade between
stable releases, so we should try to avoid them.
