Bug#819254: routino-common: After the upgrade from 3.0 to 3.1 routino can not find the xml files.

I have a bug:

XML Parser: Error on line 100: Invalid value for 'type' attribute in <waypoint> tag.
Error: Cannot read the translations in the file '/usr/share/routino/translations.xml'.

It appeared after upgrade from 3.0-3 to 3.1.1-1.

Fast fix:
 * Purge routino and routino-common.
 * Intall routino 3.1.1-1.
