Hi Chris,

Thanks for reporting this issue.

It seems the recent update to NumPy 1.11.0 has changed a couple of
exceptions. I've added a patch to support the new exceptions in the
tests in question and forwarded it upstream.

The new python-snuggs revision is on its way to unstable.
