Yes, very likely.

Unfortunately the upstream developers don't want to deal with these 
issues until their builds break (i.e. WebKit support is actually removed 
from the Qt4 packages in Debian testing/unstable).

Hopefully feedback from Debian for the Qt4-without-QtWebKit case will 
get these issues resolved despite not affecting the upstream builds yet.
