Hi,

The mapnik.printing module has recently been refactored,
due to missing changes to setup.py, the new
mapnik.printing module installed by the package.

This bug is being fixed upstream:
  https://github.com/mapnik/python-mapnik/pull/123

Just reporting to block migration.
