Bug#849891: gmt-doc: please add dependency “Recommends: gmt-tutorial”

Dear Maintainer,

The GMT tutorial in the ‘gmt-doc’ package requires the data files in
the ‘gmt-tutorial’ package.

Please set a “Recommends: gmt-tutorial” dependency to the binary
package ‘gmt-doc’, or other binary packages for which it is
appropriate.

This will present the suggestion to administrators choosing which
packages to install.
