Hi! Sebastiaan asked us to separate the python-qt4 bug from the original 
intent of 784514 which Qt4's webkit to better handle the differences, so here 
we are.

He also asked me for a timeframe: I am waiting for KF5's maintainer to push 
the latest release and a couple more packages. If everything goes well I 
expect to ask FTP masters to remove qtwebkit by January, maybe even on 
December.
