Reassign #917504 to aggdraw

Hi Antonio,

Since freetype-config is no longer used, using pkg-config instead fixes
the freetype detection in aggdraw.

I've push changes to fix this. Were you already working on this too?

The update aggdraw package is pretty much ready for upload. Do you have
anything to add?
