Bug#886681: qgis-providers: (Build-)Depends on transitional package libqca2-plugin-ossl

Hi,

qgis build-depends and qgis-providers depends on the transitional package
libqca2-plugin-ossl.
I intend to remove it in the buster cycle.

Please change the (build-)dependency to libqca2-plugins.
