Bug#903041: h5clear is missing in hdf5-tools

Version: 1.10.0-patch1+

h5debug and also h5py refers to a utility program h5clear, but it is missing in hdf5-tools.

For example, I have a hdf5 file which I am unable to open. Both h5debug and h5py package suggests to use the h5clear utility, but it is not available.
