just JOSM default (MapCSS) and Potlatch2.
I also tried to rename my ~/.josm into something else and restart josm,
the result is the same.

It is OpenJDK10:
% josm
Using /usr/lib/jvm/java-10-openjdk-amd64/bin/java to execute josm.
