Python library for decoding time units and variable values in a netCDF file
conforming to the Climate and Forecasting (CF) netCDF conventions.


The netcdftime module from netcdf4-python was split out into cftime, and
is required for the latest netcdf4-python upstream release.

The package will be maintained alongside netcdf4-python in the Debian
GIS team.
