Ideally, yes. I just deleted them. Make sure you've deleted them from
your clone to not risk pushing them again next time.

Because these the vivid, wily & zesty tags are quite old, they are
likely in other peoples working copies who will push them again when
they push to Salsa. When that happen we can leave them as-is.

We mostly need to ensure that erroneous tags and branches get deleted
from Salsa quickly to not risk other people pulling in those changes and
having them push again in the future.
