pyorbital is marked for autoremoval due to some of its dependencies:
dask and python-xarray (#913521, #913524, #913622).
Issues on xarray seems to be already fixed.
I thought it was better to wait for the solution of issues on
dependencies before uploading, just in case we need to make some small
change on our side.

But maybe it is not important.
Please feel free to go ahead with the upload if you want, the package is
ready.
