Did you notice that the CMakeList.txt does not reflect the upstream version?

 $ grep -i "project(.*version" CMakeLists.txt
 project(unarr VERSION 1.0.0 LANGUAGES C)

This causes the library filename and pkgconfig content to use 1.0.0
instead 1.0.1. You may want to discuss this with upstream.
