Architecture specific build options suck, all (release) architectures
should have the same feature set. Note the "should", there are exceptions.

You shouldn't need any additional build dependencies for OpenMP with GCC.

OpenMP could be enabled on all architectures when using GCC, but whether
this works as expected is unknown.
