Sorry, I overlooked the updates for pyresample you also pushed.

Yes, that's perfectly fine. The experimental repository uses
NotAutomatic: yes so dependencies that can only be satisfied by versions
in experimental will pull from there, everything else comes from
unstable. This is similar to stretch-backports, except that is also uses
ButAutomaticUpgrades: yes to install upgrades from backports, unstable
is preferred for upgrades over experimental.
