thanks for reporting.
Despite of the very similar log messages, this seems to me a different
issue.
This one
AssertionError: <class 'pygac.gac_pod.GACPODReader'> is not <MagicMock
name='mock.gac_pod.GACPODReader' id='140288288214032'>
seems to be actually a bug in the satpy test code.
I'm already working on it.
The old one
OSError: /etc/pygac.cfg pointed to by the environment variable
PYGAC_CONFIG_FILE is not a file or does not exist!
affects another package, pygac, and has been already fixed.
