This is not how to collaboratively maintain packages.

I've had it with this, your package is no longer welcome in the team and 
will be removed.

I'm going to NMU you package to remove the team from the maintainer 
field.

If your subsequent upload reinstates the team as maintainer because you 
fail to incorporate changes, I will file an RM bug.
