sfcgal 1.3.7-4 breaks PostGIS, sfcgal 1.3.7-2 did not

Hi,

When I install
http://ftp.mgts.by/debian/pool/main/s/sfcgal/libsfcgal1_1.3.7-4_amd64.deb I
get the following error message in PostGIS:

ERROR:  XX000: could not load library
"/usr/lib/postgresql/11/lib/postgis-3.so":
/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/libSFCGAL.so.1: undefined symbol:
_ZlsRSoPK12__mpz_struct

With 1.3.7-2 it works okay. Seems 1.3.7-4 for some reason does not pull in
CGAL?
