Hi Bas,

I marked the package for accept, but our hardworking trainees found
the following issues in your package:

  d/copyright implies that upstream developers hold copyright on debian/
  but there is no indication this is true.

 How do we know the project is LGPL-2.1+ rather than just LGPL-2.1?
 E.g. capi/geos_c.cpp suggests it's LGPL-2.1 alone.
