Big packages and big updates to exsting ones take more time to review.

The new trainee reviewing NEW but not sending rejects is the biggest 
cause of delays though.

If you had adhered to my advice about excluding the javascript files, it 
wouldn't have been a reason to reject the upload.

You will have to update some time, why spend time on an old release if 
you have to update to 5.0.0 soon any way?

Doesn't seem like a good way to spend your time, but you don't mind 
that's fine.
